Days 1 to 14

  1. Remove all grains, beans and tubers from your diet.

  2. Remove all junk foods and sugar drinks.

  4. Drink at least 64 ounces of clean water per day.

  5. Take the following supplements:

Days 15 to 21

  1. Continue to remove all grains, white potatoes and beans from your diet but you may now add back in sweet potatoes.

  2. Continue to remove all junk foods and sugar drinks.

  4. Drink at least 64 ounces of clean water per day.
