Roasted Shrimp


Roasted Shrimp

Total Cook Time: 6 minutes

Total Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Total Time to Eat: 21 minutes


  • 2 lbs shrimp, peeled, cleaned and deveined
  • 1tsp Himalayan Salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 3 1/2 tsp of Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • juice of  1 lemon


  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Put shrimp on a sheet pan
  • add salt, pepper, Old Bay Seasoning, olive oil and lemon juice. Toss to coat and spread shrimp out in an even layer.
  • Roast for 5 – 6 minutes.
