Ingredients:
- 2 lbs shrimp, peeled, cleaned and deveined
- 1tsp Himalayan Salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 3 1/2 tsp of Old Bay Seasoning
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- juice of 1 lemon
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Put shrimp on a sheet pan
- add salt, pepper, Old Bay Seasoning, olive oil and lemon juice. Toss to coat and spread shrimp out in an even layer.
- Roast for 5 – 6 minutes.
