Roasted Brussels Sprouts

  • 2 pounds Brussels sprouts
  •  3 tbsp olive oil
  •  1 tsp Himalayan salt
  •  1/2 tsp black pepper


  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  • Place Brussels sprouts, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Stir to coat. Pour onto a baking sheet
  • and place on oven rack.
  • Roast in the oven for 40 minutes, stiring every 5 to 7 minutes for even browning. .
