Ingredients:
- 2 pounds Brussels sprouts
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Himalayan salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Place Brussels sprouts, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Stir to coat. Pour onto a baking sheet
- and place on oven rack.
- Roast in the oven for 40 minutes, stiring every 5 to 7 minutes for even browning. .
