Plant Based Yogurt w/ Fruit and Nuts or Seeds

My 3 most recommended plant based yogurts are:

  1. Kite Hill Unsweetened Almond (possible better for you providing you are not sensitive to almonds)
  2. Kite Hill High Protein Unsweetened Almond Yogurt (not great tasting, quality protein)
  3. So Delicious Unsweetened Coconut (better tasting)

Ingredients:

  • Approximately 3/4 cup of any of the above or similar yogurts
  • 3/4 cup of any one of the bellow berries or a 3/4 cup total mixture of any of the below berries
    • Raspberries
    • Blueberries
    • Blackberries
  • Any one of the following:

Directions:

All all ingredients together and mix well.
