Plant Based Yogurt w/ Fruit and Nuts or Seeds

My 3 most recommended plant based yogurts are:
- Kite Hill Unsweetened Almond (possible better for you providing you are not sensitive to almonds)
- Kite Hill High Protein Unsweetened Almond Yogurt (not great tasting, quality protein)
- So Delicious Unsweetened Coconut (better tasting)
Ingredients:
- Approximately 3/4 cup of any of the above or similar yogurts
- 3/4 cup of any one of the bellow berries or a 3/4 cup total mixture of any of the below berries
- Raspberries
- Blueberries
- Blackberries
- Any one of the following:
- 20 properly soaked soaked almonds (how to soak nuts and seeds)
- 6 brazil nuts
- 2 tablespoons of hemp seeds (my favorite)
Directions:
All all ingredients together and mix well.
