Parmesan Spaghetti Squash

Parmesan Spaghetti Squash

Total Cook Time: 60 minutes

Total Preparation Time: 5 minutes

Total Time to Eat: 65 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium spaghetti squash
  • 3 Tablespoons  olive oil

Directions:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Cut squash in half.
  • Brush with 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • Place in a baking dish and bake 1 hour or until soft. Cut squash in half.
  • Scoop out and discard seeds. Using a fork, scrape flesh in strings into a serving bowl. Toss with Parmesan and 2 Tbsp of olive oil and season to taste with salt and pepper.
