No Bake Oatmeal Cookies
Ingredients:
- 3 cups organic gluten free quick-cooking oats
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 8 tablespoons coconut oil
- 2/3 cup almond or coconut milk
- 2 cups coconut sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon himalayan salt
- 1/4 teaspoon organic vanilla
Directions:
- In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, milk, oil, salt and cocoa. Bring to a boil, and cook for 1 1/2 minutes.
- Remove from heat, and stir in oats, and vanilla.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls onto wax paper. Let cool until hardened.
- Enjoy the No Bake Oatmeal Cookies!
