Muffin Meatloafmuffin meatloaf

Muffin Meatloaf

Total Cook Time: 40 minutes

Total Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Total Time to Eat: 50 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 lb lean ground turkey
  •  1/2 cup crushed gluten free cracker crumbs
  •  1 1/2  tablespoons water
  •  2 tablespoons gluten free ketchup
  •  2 cloves chopped garlic
  •  1/2 teaspoon salt
  •  1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 egg

Directions:

  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • In large bowl, combine all meatloaf ingredients.
  • Spoon mixture in ungreased muffin pan.
  •  Spread ketchup over meatloaf.
  • Bake uncovered 30 – 40 minutesDrain. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
