I suffered from insomnia, fatigue, weight, skin rashes. I could go for 2-4 days without sleep. I would drink 1-2 32oz of soda each day to stay awake, worked out for 2-4 hours (3x) a week w/no weight loss. Skin rash would flare up especially during seasonal changes.
Now, I have a good night’s rest each day…….I haven’t had any need for soda to stay awake. With the program, I’ve lost approximately 35 lbs. I’ve done it without stepping into a gym. I’ve also been able to maintain my weight which, I’ve never been able to do before. My skin Rash has cleared up and I feeling fantastic! I look forward to my continued weight loss. More importantly, feeling healthier than I’ve ever felt before!
