- Oils: Avocado Oil, Olive Oil, Coconut Oil, Macadamia Nut Oil, Butter (organic only)
- Nuts and Seeds: Almonds, Walnuts, Coconut, Chia, Hemp, Flax (only for women because the phyto-estrogen content is high)
- Grass-fed red animal meet
- Free range chicken and turkey
- Free range eggs
- Wild caught fish
- Vegetables: all green, yellow and red vegetables, however, no corn
- Fruits: all berries, apples–especially green, pears, kiwi, cantaloupe, mostly green bananas and honeydew
- Grains: black rice
