I found Alternacare by chance on a friends Insta. I started watching Dr. Rob's webinars and found a lot of the information so useful! All of the people I have dealt with have been amazing. Kind, thoughtful and understanding. Dr. Steve Shaw is really great! It was awesome to find people dedicated to finding the root of the problems and not just mask them with medicines for the complaint. My original reason in looking into AlternaCare was my Alopecia diagnosis - I'm hopeful of saving my hair! What I found is much more. I'm not sure if it's combating the Alopecia just yet, but I do feel a difference in my body. I'm on my first version of the modified diet and my body loves it. It does take discipline, but the difference is that I understand why I'm making the changes and what it will do for my body. So, when (or if) I make a choice to go outside the diet it's more of a thought through choice if that makes sense. As mentioned, I've only been in the program for a few months but so far I feel better, I sleep better and I feel like I have a bit more energy. I can't wait to see what happens after a few more months! I'm excited!

I found Alternacare by chance on a friends Insta. I started watching Dr. Rob's webinars and found a lot of the information so useful! All of the people I have dealt with have been amazing. Kind, thoughtful and understanding. Dr. Steve Shaw is really great! It was awesome to find people dedicated to finding the root of the problems and not just mask them with medicines for the complaint. My original reason in looking into AlternaCare was my Alopecia diagnosis - I'm hopeful of saving my hair! What I found is much more. I'm not sure if it's combating the Alopecia just yet, but I do feel a difference in my body. I'm on my first version of the modified diet and my body loves it. It does take discipline, but the difference is that I understand why I'm making the changes and what it will do for my body. So, when (or if) I make a choice to go outside the diet it's more of a thought through choice if that makes sense. As mentioned, I've only been in the program for a few months but so far I feel better, I sleep better and I feel like I have a bit more energy. I can't wait to see what happens after a few more months! I'm excited!
