The main symptoms that brought me to Alternacare were diabetes and I needed to loose weight. I had the insulin pump, injection and oral medication for diabetes. I also started taking phenegran for weight loss. I was totally exhausted, constipated, I had blurred vision, hair breakage and thinning, sweet cravings and my sleep pattern was erratic. I couldn’t participate in family activities because of fatigue. My clothes didn’t fit. I had to force myself to complete task form my business and I had to nap daily and still went to bed at 6pm for the night.
After I came to Alternacare I’m off my insulin and insulin pump. My HA1C is at the lowest ever, I have regular bowel movements and no sweet cravings. I have lost 10 pounds, my sleep is better and I have more energy.
