The main symptom that brought me to Alternacare was my weight but I also had sinus problems, back pain, hot flashes and low energy. I tried all kinds of diets to loose weight but nothing helped. I had sinus surgery and back surgery but I still had pain. I even tried acupuncture and over the counter pain medication but nothing seemed to give me long term relief. I felt fat, dumpy and unattractive. I had low energy and ate all the time. These symptoms affected my life in many negative ways. I would often turn down social invitations because I didn’t feel like socializing with friends and family. I also hated looking at myself in pictures.

Since receiving treatment at Alternacare I have lost over 40 pounds and I’m still loosing! I have lots more energy and I’m sure I’m a better, more pleasant person to be around. I’m off my over the counter pain medications my sleeping and anxiety has also improved. I would recommend Alternacare to friends and family.
