I came to AlternaCare because I felt horrible and my quality of life wasn’t good. I wasn’t able to sleep. I had panic attacks and anxiety. My PMS was severe up to two weeks out of the month. I was depressed and cried when I saw myself in the mirror. I wasn’t interactive with my kids or husband. I quit everything I loved doing and was just going through the motions of life. I tried every diet on the market… Jenny Craig, HCG, Keto, low fat and Slim Fast. I even tried a personal trainer. Since coming to AlternaCare I have lost 11.5 inches from waist!
