Fatigue and menopausal symptoms first brought me to Alternacare. I tried hormone replacement, sleeping pills and anti-depressants to help with my symptoms but nothing seemed to help. The fatigue was so bad I didn’t feel like getting up in the mornings. I cried a lot and had no joy or motive to do anything. These symptoms really affected my job and marriage in a negative way. I didn’t have any energy to enjoy weekends off with my husband, nor could I concentrate at work.
After coming to Alternacare I’m sleeping much better. I have more energy so my job is more productive and more energy after work so I feel like going places and doing things with my husband. I’m thankfully off of my hormone replacement, sleeping pills and anti depressants and feeling much better.
