What’s a Warm Water Cleanse?
A warm water cleanse is not the same as a water cleanse where you are drinking only water. A warm water cleanse was created by Dr. Rob as a means to help enhance whatever cleanse a person is currently doing.
Consuming warm water on an empty stomach, or between meals when the stomach is near empty, helps to relax the tissues of the colon, as well as, the membranes of some of your cells.
Toxins can more easily move out of relaxed tissues verus tight tissues. Watch the video for more information as Dr. Rob covers it very well.
Steps to Do a Warm Water Cleanse
Step 1: Take purified water and boil it in a glass or ceramic pot or tea kettle. You can use stainless steel if necessary but definitely don’t use aluminum or any type of nonstick pot.
Step 2: When the water starts boiling squeeze 1/4 of a wedge of organic lemon into the boiling water for every 8 ounces of water that you boil. For example if you are boiling 16 ounces you’d squeeze 1/2 of an organic lemon. Ideally, you’ll boil 32 ounces of water and squeeze the juice from one whole lemon into the boiling water.
Step 3: After you squeeze the lemon then drop the rind and all into the boiling water. Boil for about 5 minutes.
Step 4: Consume this as a warm beverage, just like you would a cup of tea. Have one warm cup at least 10 minutes before you eat breakfast, and again 1 hour before lunch, dinner and when it’s close to bed. You’ll have 4 cups throughout the day.
Note: You’ll have to either purchase a safe thermos that will keep your warm water warm for 12 hours or you’ll need to reheat the mixture during if it gets cold.
