Staying Healthy Through the Holidays Daily Plan

  • Workout 7:00 am to 7:15

  • Do deep breathing immediately after you are done with your workout

  • Fast until lunch 12:00 noon

  • Drink green tea the entire time you are fasting.  Take 24 ounces with you in a glass container.

  • Eat your first meal around 12:00 noon and be complete eating between 6:00 p.m. or 8:00 p.m. at the latest depending on your specific fasting type.

  • Take a liver support product with your lunch

  • If you decide to drink alcohol go with Tequila
