Grilled Summer Vegetable Pasta

Ingredients:
- 2 bags of brown rice fettuccine
- Himalayan salt
- Olive Oil
- Black Pepper
- 1 yellow pepper
- 1 red pepper
- 1 medium zucchini
- 1 pint of cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
Directions:
- Bring a large pot water to a boil.
- Cook the pasta according to the package directions.
- Drain the pasta and return it to the hot pan.
- While the pasta water is boiling, grill the vegetables.
- Cut the zucchini in half lengthwise, brush with olive oil, season with salt and pepper and grill for 3 – 4 minutes per side. Cut into pieces.
- Add vegetables to the pasta in the hot pot with the tomatoes.
- Add the basil and toss.
