Front Desk Receptionist Wanted for our expanding Holistic Healthcare and Weight Loss Clinic–Great Pay, Great Hours, Great Team!

Experience is not necessary as we are willing to train but it is preferred you have 10 arms, 8 legs and the ability to do 20 things at once. 
Pay Range:$12 to $16 per hour depending on ability and experience.
Hours: FRIDAY, SATURDAY & SUNDAY OFF!
Monday, Wednesday & Thursday 8:30 to 7
Tuesday 9:30 to 7
You’ll have about an hour for lunch, some days a little more or less depending on how busy we are.

Basic Job Description
A front desk receptionist is responsible for being the initial face of AlternaCare. Meaning, you are often the first person to greet a new patient or an existing patient as they walk in the door.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to
• Answering the phone
• Routing calls to the appropriate person
• Getting patients back to the appropriate room
• Getting paperwork filled out
• Giving patients and Incredibly supportive and unique experience
• Keeping the patient charts in order for the doctor
• Rescheduling missed appointments
• Providing information about our facility to others
• Answering patient questions through email, phone and front desk text
• Collecting payments across the front desk
• Educating patients about supplements that we use in the clinic and services that we offer
• Being an upstanding member of the community
• Going the extra mile
• Working hard
• Taking responsibility for yourself and others
• Setting a good example for patients and other staff
• Helping patients post their reviews.
