Eating Organic – The Clean 15, Dirty Dozen and Dastardly Duo!
- Avocados
- Sweet corn
- Pineapples
- Cabbage
- Sweet peas (frozen)
- Onions
- Asparagus
- Mangoes
- Papayas
- Kiwi
- Eggplant
- Grapefruit
- Cantaloupe (domestic)
- Cauliflower
- Sweet potatoes

- Apples
- Strawberries
- Grapes
- Celery
- Peaches
- Spinach
- Sweet bell peppers
- Nectarines (imported)
- Cucumbers
- Cherry tomatoes
- Snap peas (imported)
- Potatoes
Now the below two are what I call the Dastardly Duo! EWG stated they are may contain organophosphates and insecticides, which were categorized as “highly toxic” and of special concern. I would only eat the below two foods in the organic form. I might sound like a snob but I will rarely eat a non-organic blueberry. There are just too many toxins in them.
