Or, drizzle a generous amount over wild caught salmon, fresh jumbo shrimp and scallops before popping it into the oven at 375 degrees. Choose organic herbs and spices from your local farms or grocer, and raw or organic vinegars and oils from brands you trust. What’s best, this recipe is amazingly versatile! Easy Homemade Herbed Vinaigrette

- ¼ cup flaxseed oil
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp vinegar (balsamic or raw apple cider)
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Minced garlic
- Oregano, basil, mint, thyme or herbs of choice
- In a medium bowl combine all ingredients together and pour into a mason jar with lid tightly screwed. Shake well.
- Store in an air-tight mason jar in the refrigerator up to two days.
