The most important of these 3 would of course be clean air and here’s why.  How long can you go without food?  How long can you go without water?  How long can you go without breathing?

The reason why having clean air is the most important of the 3 is because we breathe more than we eat or drink.  In fact, you may breathe 400 times in a day, whereas, you may only eat 3 times per day.  Do you get the picture?

Ultimately, if you eat junk food you get a junk body.  If you breath junk air, well, it’s certainly not going to make you super healthy.

In fact, the EPA stated, “In the last several years, a growing body of scientific evidence has indicated that the air within homes and other buildings can be more seriously polluted than the outdoor air in even the largest and most industrialized cities.”

Just like we work towards making better food choices we need to make better breathing choices.  Some of us drink purified water and eat organic food but what about our air?  Make sure that you are hitting all 3; air, water and food to create the healthiest body for you and your loved ones.
