I first came to Alternacare 4 weeks ago, overweight, tired all the time, frequent stomach upsets, very restless sleep, and type 2 Diabetes. In the 4 weeks I have lost 11.8 lbs and feel so much better. I was on 3 different medications for the diabetes and my medical doctor has taken me off 2 completely and cut the third one in half. I’m sleeping good, 7 ½ to 8 hours a night and not so tired at the end of the day-more refreshed and more energy. My digestion has improved 100%. I still have a long way to go with my weight, but I didn’t’ put on overnight and it won’t come off overnight. This “New lifestyle” is so easy to live with and now I should live a long time.
