    Pizza With a Cauliflower Crust: The Healthiest Pizza In the World

    Think Crust Pizza

    Total Cook Time:  20 Minutes

    Total Preparation Time: 10 Minutes

    Total Time to Eat: 30 Minutes


    • 1, 9 inch pizza pan
    • 2 cups grated cauliflower
    • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
    • 2 eggs
    • Tomato basil tomato sauce
    • Mushrooms
    • Fresh basil leaf
    • Other toppings as you’d like


    • Grate the cauliflower with the grater hole size that you’d shred cheese with.

    • 4 cups organic, grated, dried and unsweetened coconut
    • 1/2 to 1 whole cup melted organic virgin coconut oil depending on preference
    • 10 to 20 drops of clear stevia liquid depending on taste
    • Whole almonds–about 10 (optional)

    • 1/2 avocado
    • Approximately 4 to 6 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
    • About 1/2 cup of alfalfa sprouts.

    Meat Loaf

    –2 pounds grass fed beef.
    –½ onion.
    –1 small green pepper chopped—good source of vitamin C so it feeds the glands.
    –2/3 cup bread crumbs (if you are gluten intolerant Gillian’s Bread Crumbs are an excellent substitute).
    –2 eggs
    –1 tsp ground thyme
    –¼ tsp Real Salt
    –1/8 tsp black pepper
    –1 cup tomato ketchup

    –Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

    Garlic Shrimp and Asparagus

    •1 pound Wild caught shrimp.
    •1 to 1.5 pounds organic asparagus.
    •Organic garlic salt to taste
    •Black pepper
    •Locatelli Pecorino Romano Cheese (optional)
    •Olive oil enough to coat

    •Wash asparagus and use bending technique to break off end.  Coat asparagus in olive oil and then sprinkle lightly with garlic salt and a small amount of black pepper (black pepper can help to improve your digestion and absorption).
