    Seaweed Shrimp Soup

    Healthy Pumpkin (Almond Flour) Pancakes

    Kale Chips


    My family and I eat these in place of potato chips.  My kids actually really enjoy them.

    Kale Chip 9-09-14

    Ingredients:

    • Organic Kale, enough to cover the bottom of a large cookie sheet
    • Real Salt, Himalayan Salt or Garlic Salt to season
    • Organic Olive Oil Spray

    Fat Burning Christmas Candy Bars

    • 4 cups grated, dried unsweetened coconut
    • ½ cup softened or melted coconut oil
    • 10 to 25 drops of clear stevia liquid depending on your sweet tooth
    • 1 to 2 teaspoons of peppermint extract depending on your mintiness 🙂
