  •   1/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 2 Tbsp of stevia powder
  • 1/2 cup organic greek yogurt
  •  2 large eggs
  •   1/4 cup coconut oil
  •   1 cup almond milk
  •  1 tsp vanilla extract
  •   2 ½ cups Almond flour
  •   1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp Himalayan salt
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries


  •  Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  •  Line muffin pan with paper cups.
  •  Whisk together the sugar, yogurt, eggs, oil, milk, and vanilla extract in a large bowl.
  •  In a separate bowl, combine the remaining dry ingredients except the berries together. Then mix into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  •  Fold the fresh blueberries into the muffin batter.
  •  Scoop into muffin pan and bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
