    Lost 50 pounds! No longer needs insulin!


    I came to Alternacare because I am (or was) a diabetic. I wanted off insulin and to loose weight. I have tried Weight Watcher, diet pills and exercise classes. I was tired of my fat body and was determined to get the weight off. Since coming to Alternacare I have lost 50 pounds.
