Bethany’s Chicken or Salmon Saladtuna salad

Bethany’s Chicken or Salmon Salad

Total Cook Time: 12 minutes

Total Preparation Time: 5 minutes

Total Time to Eat: 17 minutes


  • 1 can of  Organic Chicken or 1 can of Wild Caught Sockeye Salmon
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 Hard boiled egg (optional)
  • Celery


  • Open can of chicken or salmon and drain any excess water out
  • Cut the avocado in half and pull the pit out
  • Cut the avocado halves into pieces
  • Boil the egg for about 12 minutes (optional)
  • Peel the egg shell off once cool the cut the egg into pieces (optional)
  • Mix everything together
  • Serve with organic celery stalks or organic brown rice crackers
