Bethany’s Chicken or Salmon Salad

Total Time to Eat: 17 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 can of Organic Chicken or 1 can of Wild Caught Sockeye Salmon
- 1 Avocado
- 1 Hard boiled egg (optional)
- Celery
Directions:
- Open can of chicken or salmon and drain any excess water out
- Cut the avocado in half and pull the pit out
- Cut the avocado halves into pieces
- Boil the egg for about 12 minutes (optional)
- Peel the egg shell off once cool the cut the egg into pieces (optional)
- Mix everything together
- Serve with organic celery stalks or organic brown rice crackers
