Banana Bread! Who doesn’t love banana bread? This easy gluten free recipe will be a treat that the family will love. My wife Pam makes this and it is just awesome! I could easily eat a loaf. You’ve been warned…..LOL
BANANA BREAD
Total Cook Time: 50 minutes
Total Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Total Time to Eat: 60 minutes
Servings: 5-7
Serving Size 1/2 inch slice.
Ingredients:
- 4 Large Organic Eggs, room temperature
- 3 Large Overly Ripe Organic Bananas, mashed
- 1/4 Cup Honey
- 1/4 Cup Organic almond milk
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
- 2 Cups Gluten Free Flour Mix
- 1/4 Cup Almond Flour
- 2 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 1/4 Cup Chopped Walnuts (optional)
- 1 Tablespoon Ground Organic Flax Seed
- 1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- Grease and flour a loaf pan – set aside
- Combine the wet ingredients in a small bowl and whisk
- Combine the dry ingredients (including the nuts) in another bowl – whisk to combine
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry and combine
- Pour into the loaf pan and bake anywhere from 40-50 min checking every 5 min until a knife comes out clean
