Banana Bread Recipe: Gluten Free!

Banana Bread! Who doesn’t love banana bread? This easy gluten free recipe will be a treat that the family will love. My wife Pam makes this and it is just awesome! I could easily eat a loaf.  You’ve been warned…..LOL

Total Cook Time: 50 minutes

Total Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Total Time to Eat: 60 minutes

Servings: 5-7

Serving Size 1/2 inch slice.


  • 4 Large Organic Eggs, room temperature
  • 3 Large Overly Ripe Organic Bananas, mashed
  • 1/4 Cup Honey
  • 1/4 Cup Organic almond milk
  • 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Cups Gluten Free Flour Mix
  • 1/4 Cup Almond Flour
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Soda
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Walnuts (optional)
  • 1 Tablespoon Ground Organic Flax Seed
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon


  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
  • Grease and flour  a loaf pan – set aside
  • Combine the wet ingredients in a small bowl and whisk
  • Combine the dry ingredients (including the nuts) in another bowl – whisk to combine
  • Add the wet ingredients to the dry and combine
  • Pour into the loaf pan and bake anywhere from 40-50 min checking every 5 min until a knife comes out clean
