If you have adrenal fatigue symptoms your workout could be too intense causing those symptoms to worsen.
When you have adrenal fatigue determining the correct level and exercise intensity is key. You want to move your body but you have to move it correctly so it encourages the healing and repairing of the glands.
As your adrenal glands become stronger and hormone levels start to improve you can increase the intensity of your exercise. If your not seeing benefits from your exercise then it’s the wrong form of exercise for your body.
Below are symptoms that your workout is too intense:
- Exhausted the day after exercise
- Slow or no weight loss
- Unwanted weight gain
- Weakened immune response
- Stronger food cravings
- Poor sleep
- Increased pain and inflammation
If your body is too weak, super intense exercise is typically not going to be your friend.
Imagine trying to do a hard workout while you have the flu.
However, the only way your adrenal glands are going to become stronger is if you find the thing that is stressing them.
It may be a stealth infection such as, a parasite, yeast, bacteria, fungus, virus or some other organism. It could be various environmental toxins, heavy metals, food sensitivities, nutritional deficiencies and the list goes on and on.The cool thing, is once you identify and then correctly address the underlying cause to the adrenal fatigue then the glands should strengthen.
Again, as the glands strengthen you can increase the intensity of your exercise.
