The adrenal glands are glands about the size of walnuts that sit a top your kidneys. They are in charge of balancing hormones like sex hormones, adrenaline, metabolism and blood pressure. When stress is unmanaged, things get out of balance causing some significant health issues like:

- Morning fatigue and trouble waking up
- Poor focus
- and much, much more
As you can see, adrenal fatigue can reap havoc on our bodies! A strategic and healthy fat burning approach to weigh loss is imperative for anyone with adrenal fatigue.
