BBQ Chicken and Pasta Salad

BBQ Chicken and Pasta Salad

Total Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Total Time to Eat: 27 minutes


  • 1 lb gluten free pasta (shells, rotini or bow tie)
  • 3 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 16 oz frozen corn kernels, thawed
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 tsp Himalayan salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 3/4 cup organic mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup gluten free BBQ sauce


  • Cook the pasta according to the package directions approx. 10 – 12 minutes. Rinse first with hot water then cold water and drain.
  • Combine the pasta with the chicken , corn and carrots.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Combine the mayonnaise and BBQ Sauce. Add to the pasta mixture and stir well.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving.
