BBQ Chicken and Pasta Salad

Ingredients:
- 1 lb gluten free pasta (shells, rotini or bow tie)
- 3 cups cooked chicken shredded
- 16 oz frozen corn kernels, thawed
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1 tsp Himalayan salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 3/4 cup organic mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup gluten free BBQ sauce
Directions:
- Cook the pasta according to the package directions approx. 10 – 12 minutes. Rinse first with hot water then cold water and drain.
- Combine the pasta with the chicken , corn and carrots.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Combine the mayonnaise and BBQ Sauce. Add to the pasta mixture and stir well.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving.
