Cruciferous vegetables such as kale, cauliflower, broccoli and Brussel sprouts provide sulfur compounds the liver uses in a process called Sulfation. Sulfation, helps to remove harmful compounds from the body.

Burdock root helps to remove certain toxins from the blood, contains powerful antioxidant and may inhibit some forms of cancer.

Milk thistle aides in liver detoxification, as well as, it’s known as hepatoprotective, meaning it protects the liver from damage.
