    Each Serings:

    Carbs: 29 grams

    Protein: 8 grams

    Fats: 8 grams

    Fiber: 7 grams

    Ingredients:

    • 2 cans of chick peas
    • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
    • 4 to 8 tablespoons of fresh parsley (2 to 4 tablespoons of dried) depending on taste
    • 1 to 4 cloves of peeled garlic (I prefer 4) depending on taste
    • Garlic salt about 1/8 tsp
    • Cucumber or celery

    Directions:

    • Wash the chick peas in a colander and then place in a food processor.

    Seaweed Shrimp Soup

    • 2 Containers of sliced shitake mushrooms
    • 2 chopped green onions

    • 2 cloves of garlic
    • 8 ounces of dried wakame seaweed
    • 2 ounces of dried hijiki seaweed
    • 16 ounces of water
    • 1 pound of wild caught shrimp
    • Garlic salt

    Kale Chips


    My family and I eat these in place of potato chips.  My kids actually really enjoy them.

    Kale Chip 9-09-14

    Ingredients:

    • Organic Kale, enough to cover the bottom of a large cookie sheet
    • Real Salt, Himalayan Salt or Garlic Salt to season
    • Organic Olive Oil Spray

    Dr. Rob’s Sweet Potato Yum!

    This is a super healthy dessert that I treat myself to. It is so simple to make.  Enjoy!!!

    Ingredients:

    • 1 large sweet potato (baked)
    • 1 banana
    • 1 tsp of dark coco powder (optional)
    • 1 tbsp of coconut oil
    • 1 to 3 tsp of shredded coconut

    Direction: Bake 1 large sweet potato.
