    Fat Burning Christmas Candy Bars

    Servings: 10 large bars

    Preparation Time: 30 minutes

    Ingredients: Filling

    • 4 cups grated, dried unsweetened coconut
    • ¬Ĺ cup softened or melted coconut oil
    • 10 to 25 drops of clear stevia liquid depending on your sweet tooth
    • 1 to 2 teaspoons of peppermint extract depending on your mintiness ūüôā

    Ingredients: Coating:

    • 1 ¬Ĺ cup of dark chocolate pieces (unsweetened)
    • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

    Directions:

    • Place the coconut in a food processor and blend for 2 minutes.

    Low Carb Peanut Butter Cups

    Ingredients:
    -4 dark chocolate bars or 1 bag of bitter sweet chocolate (the darker the chocolate the better but go for at least 60% cacao version)
    -1 tbsp coconut oil
    -A teaspoon per cup of organic unsweetened peanut butter.

    Pizza With a Cauliflower Crust: The Healthiest Pizza In the World

    Ingredients:

    • 1, 9 inch pizza pan
    • 2 cups grated cauliflower
    • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
    • 2 eggs
    • Tomato basil tomato sauce
    • Mushrooms
    • Fresh basil leaf
    • Other toppings as you’d like

    Directions:

    • Grate the cauliflower with the grater hole size that you’d shred cheese with.¬†
