I have to thank my wife Pam for this one! She modified the heck out of a recipe she found online and came up with this below cup of awesomeness!

Delicious Sugar Dairy Free Hot Chocolate
Total Cook Time: 5 minutes
Total Preparation Time: 3 minutes
Total Time to Eat: 8 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 15 oz can full fat coconut milk
- ½ to 1 tbsp. raw cocoa powder-no sweetener
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- Add couple drops of liquid stevia.
Directions:
- In a small pot heat the milk on medium heat. Don’t burn.
- Add the cocoa powder, vanilla extract and stevia. Stir
Who doesn’t love a cup of Hot Chocolate on a cold winter day? This is something that is just so amazing about the smell, the flavor and the temperature.
